Estate Expert is a beautiful premium real estate theme from ColorLabs.
The home page features a beautiful slider that highlights your best properties. To the right hand side of the slider is the advanced search box that lets users search properties by price, type, location and features.
The theme supports the dsIDXpress WordPress plugin to integrate MLS properties on your website. Apparently the service gives you a huge boost in traffic from search engines such as Google, Yahoo! and Bing
Latest properties are listed with basic information such as price, description and the number of beds and baths. More information is displayed on the listing page including an extended description, photographs and additional information about the house. Google maps is also integrated into this page to show you exactly where the house is located.
The theme is also optimised for viewing on mobile devices such as phones and tablets.
Every major element of the theme can be modified through the themes unique options area. You can upload your logo and favicon, customise your home page slider, determine your social media share box settings, integrate Google Analytics and Feedburner and much more.
A standard license for EstateExpert retails for $99. It only gives you support for one website though gives you lifetime access to updates. The developer license costs $199 and gives you support for an unlimited number of websites. Unfortunately, the original layered Photoshop PSD files are not included in either license.
There are some cheaper alternatives to EstateExpert though there’s no denying the quality of the theme or it’s useful features. One to consider if you are looking for a top notch real estate design.
