Expiring Content Shortcode is a useful plugin which lets you expire content within a set date. All you need to do is wrap the content you want to expire within the shortcode brackets. The content will then be removed from the post once the date has been reached.
A useful plugin for removing announcements and references to news and events once they have expired.
