Question Autoframe Images

I'm currently creating a webiste for a client who makes wedding and novelty cakes. She is wanting a shabby-chic look to the site and I was looking at the possibility of putting images into frames, but actual picture frames rather than the grey borders we can already do with WP.

    An example is here:

For this, I found the frame, opened both the frame image and the picture itself, and then created the single image in Photoshop.

I was wondering whether there is any way I could create a PNG of the image, whereby the centre of the frame is hollow, and allow it to sit over an image, giving the same effect but without the manual process I'm currently having to go through.

Ideally this would be as easier a process as possible as I'm keen to hand the site over to the client in the longer term so allowing her to do this herself would be of huge benefit. A plugin would be brilliant, but failing that, a wee bit of coding that does it would probably be ok.

Thanks in advance boys and girls!
