We have quite a few competitions going on in our competition and discount room at the minute and have many more planned this week. There is a risk of people not knowing which competitions are ongoing and which are not. Similarly, there is a chance that people will see a thread for an expired discount and not realise that it isn't valid any more. As such, from now on I am going to lock competitions that are closed and discounts that are no longer valid. This means that the thread is closed and no one can reply to the thread. You will also see a lock icon in the thread title in the thread list page and a note at the bottom of the page which states 'Thread Status:Not open for further replies.'. That is a great idea, especially since you are running a LOT of competitions. Kevin, you are on fire!
Cool, I think that is a nice idea because not all people seem to read the whole of the thread and they won't know when the ending date of the competition is.
