Premium Coding have followed up the release of their falling leaves plugin with the release of a falling snow plugin. I doubt commercial websites would use a plugin like this but if you have a personal website that you want to make more festive you might want to check it out. You can set the width, height and url of the image you want to use and how many snow flakes you want to use.
