I don't really worry too much about PageRank though I noticed that there was a PR update from Google over the last few days. WP Mods went from a PR 3 to 4 (still pretty poor). Has anyone else seen their page rank increase? Kevin
Thanks. I don't really care about it. It's only really relevant if you want to sell links. There are sites with PR1 which get more traffic than PR5's.
Yup I agree, Pagerank and alexa ranks really does not actually show the real value of the blog. There are a lot of blogs which have quite less Pagerank and Alexa which have quite a good amount of traffic...
Pagerank increased from PR2 to PR3 as did most of my pages.....a nice gesture by Google after almost wiping out our traffic last month with Panda....bless! Grr
The Alexa ranking system used to be awful but it's not so bad for higher traffic websites. Nice one. Hopefully you will see a jump in traffic to match the PR jump. Are you still changing your link building strategy?
Well, this is one sad update. My PR just got lowered. Most probably because I haven't updated it for sometime.
My Google Page Rank was very low after performing many SEO strategies there was no improvement in it. Luckily one of my friend suggested me an SEO tool from www.Tucktail.com . This Search Engine Visibility did many SEO works for me. It submitted my site to over hundreds of leading search engines. Including Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, AOL, etc. It submitted my site to over hundreds of directories. these helped me in getting more traffic to my site and made me to improve in Ranking. It also Improved search engine rankings with keyword and suggested topics tool. Now my Page Rank is pretty decent and on top.
My PR went from nil to 5 within 4 months! I couldn't believe it as I have not concentrated on any kind of SEO. Now I only wish it doesn't come down.
