Question Plugin for a Popped-up Form

    Hi,

    Do I need a special plugin to show a popped-up form like the one that wpmods used?
    Just like this one:

    I wanna use this technique for a feedback form, so that visitors will get notified.

    I use the pippity plugin to do that. It's a plugin designed specifically for increasing sign ups to your newsletter.

    There are feedback form plugins available in the official plugin directory that might do what you want.

    You can have a look at Usernoise Wordpress plugin, it is a really good feedback form plugin.
