Suggest A Plugin User Defined Keyword Linking Plugin

    Looking for a plugin which links to all mentions of a user defined keyword and link pair. Not looking for auto keyword selector like Simple Tags. Also looking for support for custom post types.

    Hi Kevin.. I want to link certain keywords with a user defined link all across my site (post, custom post type). For example all occurrence of WPmods/WPMODS/wpmods to be hyperlinked with http://wpmods.com.
