    Hi there :)
I would like to know which of all wordpress free frameworks is the best one, but quite easy to learn it.
And a second case, what themes would you suggest to create website similar to list25.com ?

I created a list od good frameworks sometime ago at http://www.wpmods.com/wordpress-theme-frameworks.

I tried many out for reviews etc. No one framework really stands out for me. The only free framework I used extensively was hybrid though that hasn't been updated in a while. I've genesis and headway too.

All frameworks have their pros and cons. For example, headway has a great visual editor etc and it makes designing your site very easy, though I found it made simple edits incredibly difficult i.e. something that would take me seconds to do manually by applying an edit via the templates took me a long time to figure out.

List25 is a good design. I thought the http://standardtheme.com/ framework was great as it was designed specifically for blogs. It's not been updated in a year or so but the new updated version is due anytime now (they originally said jan 12).

Thanks for that long answer I've decided to check gantry and hybrid, then decide. But I quess the best way is to create themes from scratch if I want them to be fully uniqe. Am I right? or... not :)

To be fully unique....yes and no I mean, I don't think the backend has to be unique. It's the front end of the site you need to make your own :)
