HTML5Press is a feature rich free blogging theme that was released by Tyler Longren a few weeks ago. The theme was designed in CSS3 and HTML5.
For a free design it includes a lot of great features. The home page has a featured post slider at the top of the page. Sticky posts can be placed underneath for important announcements too. Post images are supported as are WordPress menus and link and quote post formats. Over 40 fonts can be chosen from Google fonts and it the design comes with 6 built in colour schemes (pink, blue, green, red, orange and bluish purple). Fuzzy timestamps were recently added too.
Through the themes options page you disable the floating ‘back to top’ button, set the size of featured images, choose your colour scheme and configure your featured posts slider.
