jQuery Floating Menu WordPress Plugin

The jQuery Floating Menu plugin from Design Chemical is a useful little script that floats a menu at the left or right hand side of your page.

The menu is controlled through the WordPress menu system. To add a floating menu you simply need to add the menu as a widget and determine where it is placed on the page. As it can be added via widgets, the plugin supports multiple floating menus.

4 different menu skins are included: Grey, Dark Grey, White and Black. You can also choose no skin (as seen below) so the text just floats across your current background.

An interesting way to add navigation to your website. It may not be to everyones taste but I’m sure some of you will like the fact additional menus can be added out with the main content area.
