OctoPink is a beautiful free pink blogging theme that was released by Simply WP at the start of October to increase exposure of breast cancer awareness month.
The design is perfect for a blog with it’s traditional two column layout and featured post slider on the home page. Social media services are integrated into the design and the sidebar is widget ready too. Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have a footer area to place other widgets.
Featured images are used prominently in the design when listing posts on the home page, archives and related posts.
The theme is optimised for use on desktop computers and mobile devices such as tablets and mobile phones.
OctoPink was released under the General Public License and is therefore free to download. A premium version is available or only $4.99 which includes colour and background options, shortcodes, option area, more page templates and the original photoshop PSD file.
