Swamp Bugs is a ticket tracking system design for WordPress. It’s available for free however a premium version exists with additional features.
The ticket system is very easy to use. Tickets can be assigned to a number of departments (e.g. marketing/sales etc) and to different projects. Milestones can also be set so that the status of a project can easily be seen.
Tickets can be set at four different stages: new, open, resolved and closed. The priority of each ticket can also be set as low, medium or high. As you would expect from a good ticket system, tickets can be set to different handlers.
The theme was designed with WordPress 3.1 in mind so works well with the new WordPress menu system.
If you are looking for a better way to manage incoming emails, I recommend checking Swamp Bugs out. It’s free to download however a premium version is available for a very affordable $29.99. The premium version has additional features such as ticket attachments, customer support and email support for new tickets.
