WP Customer Reviews is a useful free plugin that lets you add a customer review or testimonial page to your website.
The plugin uses the popular 5 star rating system that online stores such as Amazon use. Essentially the plugin lets visitors add comments to a page as normal with the added option of rating a service or product the page is on. For such a simple addition to your site, the plugin boasts a huge amount of options. It works with WordPress MU, caching plugins and has has anti-spam measures to stop fake reviews being submitted by bots too. Each review can be moderated to maintain quality and the plugin supports business and product type reviews.
You can insert reviews into any page or post using shortcodes or do it automatically using the WP Customer Reviews box in the post editor page.
You can set the number of reviews per page and whether the review form appears above or below the reviews. The default output is quite basic though this can be modified through the plugins external stylesheet.
WP Customer Reviews is a great plugin that is useful for letting review a specific area of your site. There are better alternatives available for those of you who are looking to integrate reviews into your website for products or articles but is perfect for testimonials and those of you who only want reviews in selected pages of your website.

Thanks for the great review Kevin. We want this plugin to be the best of class reviews/testimonials plugin for WP. It's crazy to think how far it has come since the first version when it only had about 3 options.
